Paul Andrzejczak
Founder & CEO
Paul’s determination to fuse his passion for architecture and design with his drive for real estate development evolved while working as an architect at Gensler LA — the top architecture firm in the world. It was at this pivotal moment, a decade into practicing architecture, Paul was accepted into USC's Master of Real Estate Development, M.RED program. This opportunity allotted Paul to shift his focus on to learning and mastering real estate development and finance. Upon the completion of his graduate studies, Paul merged his professional experience with his newly acquired knowledge and founded PA|RE.
Paul has been fortunate enough to live a multifaceted life in various places throughout the world. Born and raised in Europe — Poland and Italy, with his formative years spent in Florida and California, he has acquired the unique ability to take cues and inspiration from the people, places, and cultures that have impacted his life. Paul’s professional expertise in architecture and design, acquisitions, development, and construction management allows PA|RE to uniquely position itself as a bespoke vertically integrated boutique real estate development office.
Paul Andrzejczak holds a Master of Real Estate Development 'M.RED' degree from the University of Southern California (USC) and a Bachelor of Architecture 'B.Arch' degree from the Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc). Prior to architecture and development, Paul studied English and Literature at the University of Florida (UF).
Ella Biscayn
Project Manager & COO
Ella was born and raised in Paris to parents who held careers in film, fashion, and real estate. Her passion for film and real estate continued as she began to pave her own career path. While initially working as a producer in Los Angeles, she had the opportunity to collaborate with such clients as Apple, Ford, Honda, FOX & NBC. Her producing background allowed Ella to master the art of negotiation and management. Her love for real estate completed the package for her success as a project manager. It's this multifaceted approach that brought her to PA|RE. Ella now splits her time between LA, Miami and Tampa, where she oversees several properties and manages multifamily projects across all three markets. Ella Biscayn holds a Bachelor degree in Mass Communication and Media Studies from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).
John Lambert
Director of Business Development
After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Florida (UF), John pursued a career in healthcare, working with some of the largest orthopedic companies in the world. He was led there by his passion and desire to gain experience in a large-scale, competitive, and complex industry. His other life passion has always been architecture and, more specifically, preservation. As a longtime resident of Tampa, John always felt a calling to help better it. He joined PA|RE in the interest of doing just that. “I simply believe that there's a dire need for preservation wherever possible, and it’s often pushed aside in the interest of profit. Of course PA|RE wants to make money for its investors, but we do it in a way that’s sustainable, better for the environment, and preserves the character that makes this place so special.”
